Refund & Return Policy — SparkNarts

At SparkNarts, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

When Returns Are Accepted

We only accept returns in the following cases:

Damaged item — your product arrived broken, defective, or damaged in transit.
Wrong item received — you received a different product than what you ordered.

If either of these applies to you, contact us within [14] days of receiving your order at admin@sparknarts.store, along with photos of the item and packaging, so we can verify the issue and assist you quickly.

When Returns Are NOT Accepted

We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Ordered the wrong size/color/variant
No longer wanted or needed
Item does not match personal expectations

Please review product details, sizing, and images carefully before placing your order, as we're unable to accept returns outside of the damaged/wrong item cases above.

How to Request a Return

Email us at admin@sparknarts.store within [14] days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Items returned without prior approval, or for reasons outside the cases listed above, will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
